Barbara is an experienced educator, mentor and intuitive consultant. Years of working with individual clients have led her to understanding how to clear energetic blocks, highlighting individual pathways to ascension. Barbara says, “this journey of self-responsibility begins with the understanding that everything – without exception – is of our own creation”. She understands the intrinsic details of working with energy. She believes we are all “energy first and our physicality second vehicle.
Barbara encourages people to take responsibility for their own lives. Expanding oneself energetically; to understand the importance of meditation, and to maintain vigilant awareness of being in the moment, is the modality through which we can all move closer to our dreams. Our thoughts and emotions create our reality. When we really understand this, not only are we far more vigilant with our thoughts, but we can truly be the creators of our own experience. Of course this means that when we look closely at our lives we can begin to make better choices and then, and only then, do we stop repeating unhelpful patterns. These cards are designed to help us gain insights what that pattern or blockage may be and by working to change the frequency of current thought, we are able to be free to move forward with our lives.
